Bank Depository Contract
The Hidalgo County Emergency Services District Number 2 is requesting sealed proposals from financial institutions in order to award a depository contract for a two-year period. The two-year contract will be for the period of July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2027. Instructions and bid specifications may only be requested electronically at hidalgocountyemergencyservices@gmail.com. The deadline for submitting proposals is 5:00 PM May 30, 2025. The Hidalgo County Emergency Services District reserves the right to waive all formalities, cancel all proposals and to accept the proposal most favorable to the district.
